The programs, fees and commission figures described on this website are general information about the services Seller Listing Solutions offers in Texas. They are not an offer to list any specific property. The terms that apply to your sale are the ones in the written listing agreement you sign.

Commissions and fees are negotiable

Real estate commissions, listing fees and representation percentages are not regulated, fixed or predetermined by law, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) or any multiple listing service (MLS). All brokerage compensation, representation agreements and program models are negotiable between the broker and the client.

The 0% listing commission described on this website refers to the listing-side compensation only, in a program where that cost is settled through a buyer's premium collected at closing. In every transaction the seller separately negotiates and offers any buyer's agent compensation, which is disclosed in writing on the listing agreement. This website does not publicize, predict or dictate cooperating broker compensation.

Calculators and savings figures

The savings calculator and any savings figures on this website are illustrative examples based on the sale price you enter and a hypothetical baseline commission rate. They are estimates for comparison, not a guarantee of net proceeds, sale price or days on market for any specific home. The mortgage calculator is an estimate, not a loan offer.

Valuations

A property valuation requested through this website is a broker's opinion of value prepared by a licensed Texas broker. It is not an appraisal and may not be used as one.
